Finally for those of you that have been eagerly awaiting the release of the new Motorola Milestone 2, you can now begin to relax, it is finally here. Motorola have announced the new handset and some of the specs that we can expect the handset to come with.

To start with, we’ll point out the most obvious of the features some of which haven’t changed from the first Milestone. A slide out QWERTY keyboard and a high resolution screen, perfect we think to view the 5MP camera’s snaps on!

If you’re sat there thinking it’s just the same phone in a ‘new body’ then you’ll be sadly mistaken as the handset has been taken up a few notches to 11 with some new features like HD recording, an all new D-pad system and as you would expect Android 2.2, so yeah to say the least it’s been beefed up a little bit.

Talking of being ‘beefed up’ it also comes with an 8GB internal memory and a 1GHz processor all packed into that slim frame! Unbelievable eh, Well eh the price is pretty good too expected to be coming in at between £350 and £450 which considering what you are getting with the phone isn’t a bad price to be paying for a sim-free handset!
